Another strength of ours is naval mechanics. As with every other work, our mechanics possess professionalism and expertise in all kinds of engines up to 12,000-15,000 C.V. On site repairs of auxiliary engines and disassembly to then be repaired at the workshop is usual practice for us

Tail shaft, azimuth thruster or VOITH repair for inspection or repair according to the certification needs or fault is carried out with absolute precision, following completion times and economic expectations.

Other usual works are the repair or inspection of various equipment and pumps in machinery room, compressors and starter cylinders, purifiers, etc., as well as loading pumps mainly for fuel oil movement or centrifugal tank vessels with up to 1,000 C.V. We use ultrasound cleaning equipment of 3 m³ and pieces of up to 6 tons.

Periodical maintenance plans include all sorts of bottom valves: unloading, intermediate, loading, etc.

Of course, repairs of deck machinery, winches, cranes and booms are performed with the same professionalism.

We also have our own mechanisation workshop and equipment for on-site mechanisation, managed by staff with high adaptation and precision skills.

Aware of the difficulty in finding good technical assistance, repair and new system design services, we have been working on covering these needs. Our hydraulic equipment is one of the best of the Spanish East coast.
